  • Refund Policy

    All items invoiced cannot be refunded or exchanged unless agreed by Mr. CD-R.
  • Mr. CD-R is committed to minimising the down time of your valuable investment or business assets by servicing you with the best possible turn around time.
  • Product Warranty

    The warranty entitles the original Mr. CD-R product purchaser to the following benefits in addition to your legal rights under applicable Australian State and Territories Legislation.
  • If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA), that is, product fails within 7 days of purchase, simply call Mr. CD-R for DOA service authorisation (product may be replaced using all reasonable endeavours if stock is available). DOA returns must be in original and saleable condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase and a receipt must accompany the goods for a DOA to be issued.
  • To request a DOA (Dead on Arrival) or RMA email Mr. CD-R at or phone to authorise the return.
  • Limited Warranty & Liability

    Any defect or physical damage of the product resulting from misuse or negligence of operation, improper user installation, unauthorised modification, maintenance or packaging, external electrical fault, disasters, accidents, operation or storage of the product in unsuitable environments, use of incompatible software, other software errors or software with virus nature are not covered by this warranty.
  • Unless special warranty terms are specified on the sale invoice, Mr. CD-R offers 1year limited warranty for all pre-built systems and products, 3 months keyboards and mouse. The warranty covers all parts and labour for the first year of service. Service labour and the excluded items are chargeable at their current rate after this period. .
  • Returned products claimed faulty and subsequently found to be in working condition will attract a $35.00 service fee.
  • In no event shall Mr. CD-R be liable for any loss of use or loss of profits resulting from a defective product, nor any consequential damages in conjunction with the usage of the product.
  • Warranty Period

  • Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Different products carry different warranty period from the manufacturers
  • Service Fee: $20.00 for 15 Minutes or $55.00 / hour
